In With 2011

Thermomix Makes Great Cocktails

Normally I would include something in this blog
that we can easily create in Thermomix...
and cocktails are very easy in the TM.

However, as tonight is New Years Eve, and many folk are going to partying and drinking...

I only have ONE simple message...

PLEASE... view this video... and "share" it on Facebook or just email this to your friends.

MAKE SURE YOU WATCH THIS
...IN FULL SCREEN!
Let's have fun tonight, and let's all wake up tomorrow looking forward to all that 2011 can bring.

If you have not viewed the video yet... PLEASE DO SO NOW!

And (for goodness sake)
DON'T DRINK.... then DRIVE!

THINK BEFORE YOU DRINK!

An Icecream
In Under 2 Minutes?

Last evening we used our Thermomix to create a beautiful fruit "icecream" in under 2 minutes for some lovely friends who dropped by for a late tea.

Soooo...how do you create
Fruit Icecream
in under 2 minutes?

Easy!

Take one frozen banana, (you can add a portion of any other frozen fruit... in this case we used some frozen mango), place in your Thermomix bowl and whiz for 20 seconds on speed 10 until fully pulverised.

Then add the white of one egg into the Thermomix bowl, and whisk with the "butterfly" for a further 1 - 2 minutes at speed 4.

No sugar needed, no additives... just frozen fruit and one egg white - can you get any healthier than that?
Serve... enjoy!

Making the Most
of the Holiday Season

What can happen when family or friends drop in unannounced and unexpected?

YOU KNOW THAT IT HAPPENS!

With a Thermomix it is real easy to whiz up a fruit sorbet in 60 seconds, a yummy dip in less time than that, a coleslaw salad in less time than it takes to read about it here... and Grandma's custard in just 7 minutes... without having to watch the pot or stir the mixture!

Here is a fun recipe should you need to make a fancy Christmas Custard quickly...
75g sugar
200g cream
200g milk
3 eggs
40g brandy

Place the sugar into the bowl and mill for 15 secs on speed 9.
Insert butterfly.

Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes at 80 degrees on speed 4.
Mixture should coat the back of a wooden spoon and will thicken on standing.

A lot of families stay around home for the few days after Christmas (before New Year)... so if you live near Brisbane and want to arrange/see a Thermomix demonstration with your family and/or friends... call me on 0429 959 756 to book a time slot.

Remember... the 9 months interest free option runs out exactly at midnight 31st December 2010.

All applications for 9 months interest free lodged before then are considered.

Hope your Festive Season is Yummy and Fun,
Cliff

Cooking With The
World's Smallest Kitchen

IMAGINE....  one smart Kitchen Appliance that does the work of at least a dozen conventional kitchen gadgets and machines.

Yes... such an appliance does exist.... and it has a name.... THERMOMIX!

That's right... with a Thermomix you are able to mix, stir, blend, mince, whisk, weigh, time, cook, shred, pulverise, steam, mill and grind... with the one machine that is a blender, a food processor, a mixer, a juicer, a rice cooker, a steamer, a bread maker, a mincer, a grain mill, a coffee grinder, an ice cream maker, a yoghurt maker, a set of kitchen scales, an egg whisk, a timer.... and much much more!

In Thermomix you have one machine which you will use for every meal. Thermomix sits on your bench ready for action - breakfast, lunch and dinner.... and every snack or task in between.

Thermomix is sooo easy to clean.... and is better than having an extra pair of hands in the kitchen.... for it is sooo versatile.... you wonder how on earth you could survive without it.

Those who own a Thermomix measure time in the following way.... before TM..... and after TM.

Go to Thermomix-Brisbane to see for yourself some of what a Thermomix can do.

Would you like to see a Thermomix in action?

That is very easy to arrange.

Simply call me on 0429 959 756 and let me know that you have 2 or 3 families who also want to share in a Thermomix Cooking Experience and I will come and demonstrate at least 6 different TM dishes for you in the comfort of your own home - no obligation - no pressure.... just enjoy the taste and the experience.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon
Cliff
